Located in District One, Skewers serves Mediterranean cuisine for those looking to sample something other than Vietnamese food during their time in the City.
If you are a traveler who have just spent a week in Vietnam, craves some Mediterranean taste and a fancy break from noodle soup, Skewers might the best-fit for you. This restaurant has a clean, trendy look which makes it is very cozy and unpretentious. It has a wide range of wine selection and also a fabulous cigar room. The place offers “simple, unpretentious food such as grains, pasta and lettuce which are enriched by the pungent, earthy flavors of garlic, onion, eggplant, and by the essences of olive oil, lemons and raisins”.
