Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – Night Train to Sapa

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be met and transferred to Hanoi. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a short introduction to the city before transferring to the railway station for the overnight train to Sapa. Overnight on the train.

Day 2: Sapa Village Trekking

Arrive early in Lao Cai and transfer to Sapa for breakfast. Enjoy a light trek to Cat Cat Village, home of the Black Hmong ethnic minority, where you can learn about local life and traditions. The afternoon is free for leisure and relaxation. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 3: Sapa – Lao Cai – Night Train to Hanoi

After breakfast, begin a scenic trek to Lao Chai Village of the Black Hmong people and Ta Van Village of the Dzay ethnic group. Continue by vehicle to Ta Phin Village, home of the Red Dao people. In the evening, return to Lao Cai for the overnight train back to Hanoi. Overnight on the train.

Day 4: Hanoi City Tour

Arrive in Hanoi early in the morning and transfer to your hotel for breakfast and refreshment. Enjoy a full-day city tour visiting major highlights such as Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, his stilt house, One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature. Continue to Hoa Lo Prison and Hoan Kiem Lake. End the day with a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter or a traditional water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Cruise

After breakfast, depart for Ha Long Bay through the scenic Red River Delta. Upon arrival, board a luxury traditional cruise to explore the legendary limestone karsts. Enjoy full-board meals and onboard activities. Dinner and overnight on the cruise.

Day 6: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi
