This is the fee you pay to us for processing your Visa Approval Letter, which allows you to get the visa stamp upon arrival at Vietnam airports.

The service fee depends on:

Processing time

• Normal: 1–2 working days
• Urgent: 4–8 hours
• Super Urgent: 30 minutes – 1 hour

Visa type

• Single entry or multiple entry
• Duration: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year
• Purpose of visit
• Tourist or Business

Applicant’s nationality

• Most nationalities are approved easily
• Some may require additional documents such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, or tour packages, and longer processing time

The Visa Stamping Fee is a mandatory fee paid in cash at the landing visa counter upon arrival at a Vietnamese international airport.

Stamping fee rates:

• USD 25/person for single-entry visa under 90 days
• USD 50/person for multiple-entry visa from 30 to under 90 days
• USD 95/person for multiple-entry visa from 90 to under 180 days
• USD 135/person for 1-year multiple-entry visa

This fee is collected directly by Immigration Officers and applies to all travelers using the Visa on Arrival service.

The stamping fee can be paid in USD or VND; however, USD is strongly recommended to avoid unfavorable exchange rates at the airport.
